Shipping policy
- Delivery Zones: We deliver products nationwide across the United Kingdom. Delivery zones and charges will vary based on the delivery address and the size/weight of your order.
- Delivery Times: Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of order and commence from the date of dispatch. We make every effort to deliver goods within the estimated timescales; however, delays are occasionally inevitable due to unforeseen factors.
- Delivery Process: We will attempt to deliver your order to the address provided during the ordering process. We reserve the right to cancel your order if we believe the address is not secure, for example, to a communal postal address or PO Box. If delivery is returned or failed due to incorrect address information, additional delivery charges may apply for re-sending the order.
- Receiving Deliveries: For security reasons, all deliveries must be received and signed for by a person at the specified delivery address. Please ensure someone is available to accept the package.
